. To conduct briefings, share targets & updates with team members.
. To ensure that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis.
. To supervise others efficiently and coordinates their work.

• Basic technique in food and beverage services
• Fluent spoken English
• Preparation and service all menu items
• Usage of tableware and service equipment
* At least 3-5 years experience of food service
