- Lead and direct the entire F&B team and establish operational standard. Maintain and control establishing standard.

- Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverage product to ensure the highest quality at all time.
- Make frequent suggestions to Board of Management in reference to improve the operation, F&B promotions, cost control and profitability.
- Establish control procedures for reconciliation of cashiering before and after service according to the accountant requested.
- Response to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services; and immediately take all required corrective measures.
- Suggest new ideas to increase sales and add value to our guests.
- Recommend disciplinarily and reward action violation or outstanding performance.
-Successfully promote and publicise the brand
-Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Perform other duties if assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-Proven working experience as restaurant manager, experience in 5 Stars hotels or fine dining restaurants is a plus.
-Demonstrated experience in customer service management
-Extensive food and wine knowledge
-Proficiency in English & Vietnamese
- Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
-Acute financial management skills
-Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration
