• Manage machinery and equipment to ensure the plant operates smoothly and continuously.• Develop production plans and goals, while monitoring and supervising operational progress and evaluating product quality.• Manage orders, arrange and adjust the production plan as needed.• Ensure the efficient use of raw materials.• Develop, adjust, and supplement production guidelines and product quality inspection processes.• Detect and promptly address defective products, identify causes, and establish quick corrective measures.• Regularly inspect to ensure the production process complies with safety requirements.• Assign and arrange suitable personnel for each task and manage shift employees.• Research and investigate related issues to improve and upgrade products.• Identify new machinery necessary for work.* WORK LOCATION:• 7C Street, Nhơn Trạch II Industrial Park, Phú Hội Commune, Nhơn Trạch District, Đồng Nai Province.• Candidates are required to submit CVs in English or Korean (if available)
