Mô Tả Công Việc
- In charge of all social media platforms (FB, IG, Linkedin, Youtube) and new channel development (i.e., Tiktok, etc…).
- In charge and responsible for all accounts by the Group and Properties managed by Bel Group Hospitality.
- Strategize, align and deploy social media plans.
- Coordinating stock of images from the properties.
- Handle and collaborate with Designs to ensure digital asset readiness.
- Cross-collaborate with Branding personnel to ensure brand look & feel consistency across channels.
2. Digital performance
- Strategize, align and distribute plans and recommendations on digital performances (Paid, SEO, etc…).
- Manage agency and ensure proposed plans fit each individual hotel’s goals and objectives as well as management of the Chain-funded media for hotels when applicable.
- Ensure strategies adopted for each hotel also works amongst hotels within the region and no business-related conflicts (i.e., bidding on same keywords, etc.)
- Ensuring insights alignment through research and learning from industry practices.
- Collaborate with marketing communications teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- Oversee and conduct combined weekly/monthly reporting – analysis and reporting of campaigns, and overall website performance for each hotel.
- Assist with tracking vendor performance and escalating issues where necessary.
- Maintain overall hotel digital budget and related vendor/agency relationships (i.e. Supporting billing and invoicing needs with each individual hotel)
- Be responsible for status call to review performance reports as well as set goals and objectives with the agency.
- Be responsible for setting timelines and goals with the agency as well as ensuring the agency meets all deadlines and goals.
3. Ad-hocs
- Supporting Director of Marketing & Communications in analysis and reports to data-driven decisions.
- Collaborations in cross-functions brainstorms and development of new projects.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1–2-year experience in equivalent position, preferably in Luxury/ Upscale International brands. Former experience in an international agency is also a plus.
- Proven track record in digital optimization and multiple-project management.
- In-depth and up-to-date knowledge/ tactics of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
- Highly creative with exceptional analytical abilities that can provide sound business recommendations.
- An eye for detail, in the scenario of fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Clear concise written and refined verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
