Job Descriptions:• Preparing procurement plan, sub-tender (RFQ) with Subcontractor and draft subcontract documents, including bills of quantities, scope of work.• Request and review Subcontractors/ suppliers quotation, negotiate and prepare Comparison Sheet submit to Manager review.• Monitor the design changes to prepare Variation orders to Manager review for submission to Employer.• Responsible for quantity taking off as per approved for Construction drawings for work packages as plan• Coordinate with Construction team to review, finalize the physical work done at site; prepare Interim Payment Cert (IPC) for some Works packages is asigned.
