Raw Materials Developer

Key Responsibilities:• Lead development and specification of printed and non-printed film and printed nonwovens across the EM region, covering both BCC and AFC categories.• Review and approve artwork designs, ensuring alignment with cutter layout and product requirements.• Manage and maintain color source control for each supplier; ensure strong collaboration with suppliers, sub-suppliers, and the Safety Clearance team to meet color accuracy and safety standards.• Act as a key connector between Design, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to align on artwork direction and approve color proofs.• Work on-site with suppliers to run material trials, qualify new materials, and approve color trials for commercial and innovation projects.• Work closely with suppliers to resolve issues with commercial materials, initiate new projects, and monitor timelines across different countries.• Collaborate with Procurement to select suppliers that align with strategic goals, project needs, and ensure long-term material stability.• Explore and develop new material technologies for innovation, including eco-friendly solutions and basic weight reduction for LCM.• Provide technical support and guidance on printing technologies, color matching, and design feasibility—experience in design and printing is a strong advantage.
