R&D Manager (Electronics, Mechanical Design, Embedded Hardware, Circuit)

Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Firmware Developer and Circuit Engineer.- Bachelor in Electronics, Information Technology- Strong knowledge of modern digital element base and experience in the design of high-density multilayer PCBs.- Familiarity with EMC/EMI and methods for constructing noise-protected circuit solutions.- Proficiency in analog and digital measuring circuitry, including experience in calculating and modeling analog and digital circuits.- Experience with measuring equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.- Experience in the development of microprocessor systems and ready-made developments brought to mass production.- Proficiency in CAD software (Altium, Cadence, etc.) and PCB routing.- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.- Experience with FreeRTOS real-time operating systems and knowledge of modern microcontrollers, particularly ARM architecture.- Familiarity with I2C, SPI, UART, USB peripherals, and firmware design for USB peripherals.- Knowledge of TCP/IP stack and experience with GSM/GPS modules.- Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, independence, initiative, mobility, responsibility, and focus on results.Nice to Have:- Experience in the design of products produced in large serial volumes and portfolio of mass-produced products.- Experience in the development of explosion-proof products (Ex/Atex) and high-precision measuring equipment and/or GLONASS/GPS trackers.- Familiarity with Protobuff, CAN-J1939, CAN-J1979, ModBus, EGTS, 1-Wire protocols, and JSON.- Knowledge of version control systems and task management systems (bug trackers).Note: This position should be an expert in both digital-analog electronics circuit engineering and firmware development for microcontrollers.Why us:- Attractive and Competitive Salary- Free English course- 18 Leave days full paid- International corporate culture - we are a truly global company with several offices across the world and more than 25 years of history- Modern and friendly office - we have great parties and events!- Opportunity to develop your professional skills.
