Yêu cầu ứng viên At least 5 years of experience in a R&D Manager, Software Development Manager or equivalent leadership role in the Game and Web development industry.Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Solid hands-on experience in game development, particularly with large-scale projects and a strong game development portfolio.Proficient in Mini Game technologies and up-to-date with current industry trends.Strong background in game systems, website development (both frontend and backend), and API development.In-depth understanding of version control, software development lifecycle, and CI/CD pipelines.Proficient in Jira and other project management tools.Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); able to communicate effectively with international teams and partners.Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.Strategic thinking with the ability to innovate and make sound decisions under pressure.Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
