- Responsible for the implementation and reporting of R&D training for selected staff.- Estimate Atlas digital services and resources for new R&D projects.- Report on compliance of digital QA/QC procedures for R&D projects.- Plan & create priorities for the development of Atlas tools under the instruction of the Digital Director.- Support the implementation of the strategic roadmap across the company, which includes topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, company efficiency, automation, and audits.- Lead the creation and maintenance of automated BIM solutions for 3D models & 2D drawings.- Support the R&D team to deliver new custom applications to augment the effective use of BIM software.- Collaborate in R&D projects, such as 3DVR/AR, generative design, AI, etc.- Manage staff performance within the team, overseeing both staff behavior and time management.- Supervise your team's task completion and quality.- Support the enhancement of the R&D team and collaborate in the recruiting process.- Identify industry trends and team needs for the development of new tools.- Support the management of the wider Atlas R&D initiative.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
