The direct applications via that link will be prioritized.• Develops requirements with internal and external customers and stakeholders• Derive technical solutions out of requirements using existing product portfolio and initiate development of new product variants if needed• Lead technical part in Engineering projects and Simultaneous Engineering teams following Bosch internal development standards• Represent work towards steering committee as well as internal and external customers• Interface to Design, Simulation, Testing, Customer, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management and Controlling• Handling of advanced/complex applications as well as coaching of junior application engineers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University degree in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable with at least 2 years of experience• Knowledgeable in design and manufacturing of plastic and elastomer parts• Experience in the field of automotive connector components and systems preferable• Independent, well-structured and goal-oriented way of working• High resilience, readiness to take responsibility and high ability to work in a team• Ability and willingness to take risks (decisions with limited information)• Very good knowledge of English language in spoken and written form, knowledge of German language preferable• Very good communication and presentation skills
