Real Estate Ambassador

As we are expanding into Vietnam, we are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our fast-growing team as Real Estate Ambassadors. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, rent and manage their properties while contributing to the continued success of Druce & Co. - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest level of professionalism.- Actively prospect for new leads and clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.- Prepare and present property listings, offers, and purchase agreements to clients.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and strategies.- Attend property viewings, inspections, and appraisals to represent clients' interests.- Negotiate and facilitate successful transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.- Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.Working days: Monday - Friday (9AM-6PM) and Saturday morning (9AM_1PM)Property to lease: Grand Marina Saigon (Lake tower) and Lumiere Riverside (district 2)
