I. GENERAL MISSION
To work in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the company’s rules and procedures. To fulfill the requested duties and functions specific to the department to the best of your ability
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Control daily arrivals of goods from suppliers.
* Check quantity of goods receiving base on PR & PO transfer from purchasing manager.
* Check actual goods received to PR, PO, invoices.
* Informs to request department when goods arrive.
* Informs for purchasing manager & request dept if the goods are not enough or poor quality.
* Prepare goods receiving notes (3 copies). Note down any discrepancy on goods receiving note. Keep 1 and give 1 to request dept, 1 for cost controller.
* To update the hotel’ computer with all inventory receipts.
* Check expire date of goods receiving
* Take part in physical count at end of month.
* Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* At least Bachelor degree in Accounting / in English
* At least 2 years experience in storekeeping, purchasing or accounting
* Proficiency in English communication
* Strong organizational, detailed and analytical skills
* Computer literate and knowledgeable in operating hotel computer systems
* Strong inter-personality skills
