- Arrange rooms in accordance with the requirements of guests.
- Control, support check-in, check-out activities of Receptionist. Keep track of room availability during the day; directly check and coordinate the preparation of the VIP room.
- Check the logbook to timely handle guest information.
- Check guest profile to ensure guest information is updated fully and accurately.
- Check the lock card from the living room to make sure it is always working properly.
- Check the status of rooms with customers every night and check with the room department to avoid errors.
- Training on skills and skills for employees.
- Resolve the requests and complaints of guests within the permitted authority, if beyond the handling competence, they must report to the Head of the department.
- Collaborate with Security to ensure the safety of guests, in person to solve problems related to the loss of guests' property.

- Track inventory and demand for forms, stationery of the department and offer additional supplies.
- Regularly updated the latest information on products and services of the hotel to disseminate to the staff.
- Assisting the Head of the Department in developing standards and operating procedures of the division.
- Evaluate the results of work completion of employees monthly.
- Report immediately to the Head of the Department about any unusual issues occurring during the shift.
- Coordinate with other parts of the hotel to solve customer complaints immediately and quickly. Then record it in the logbook or report to ask for advice on issues outside the authority.

- At least 2 years experience working as a receptionist at 4-5-star hotels.
- Understanding the psychology of customers.
- Knowledge of diplomacy.
- Understanding of social aspects in life, history, tourist attractions.
- Master the accommodation rules.
- English TOEIC or IELTS points or equivalent, priority to know more foreign languages.
- Fluency in office computer and other software.
- Negotiating skills, training skills, good communication skills.
- Ability to influence and manage the group.
- Having a good memory, active and flexible.
