Confirm the room change and use the restaurant service ... of the guest
Cash, traveler's checks, currency, credit cards for the accounting department
Check cash management procedures, safe deposit box
Resolve requests and provide necessary information to customers
Record and handle requests and complaints of guests
Save and update the cost of guest use on the software
Proficient in SMILE's FO program.
Announce Late check-outs for Room Division, or special requests
Check room rates, room plans, and room types.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female 20-30 years old / Precious / Good health, height 1m6 (female) or 1m65 (male).
- Graduated from University or College specializing in Hotel - Restaurant
- Have experience using hotel management software Smile
- Priority candidates for experience in hospitality, 4 star hotel or above
- Basic computer (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication in English (listening / speaking, reading / writing)
- Friendly, good communication skills
- Be careful and honest
- Work in team
