MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Front desk agent performs check-in/out function for hotel guests, including being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- At least vocational training in hospitality or similar discipline (New graduate will be trained to do the job.)
- Good inter-personality skills and outgoing, friendly, strong customer service mindset & attitude
- Good at English communication skills.
