+ Check-in, check-out procedures for guests
+ Carry out room payment and guest service procedures.
+ Receive and provide information about hotel services for guests.
+ Update Guest Folio for the following shift and night duty manager
+Take care of Guests during staying Guest.
+ Perform tasks assigned by the Head of the department.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 1 years Hotel Operations experience in respected hotels
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Foreign language requirements: English/Korean/Chinese
