Mô Tả Công Việc
- Being in charge of the front desk, Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Taking payment and selling pet’s foods & merchandises
- Sending and receiving faxes, email, delivery all notices/correspondences
- Managing stationery, sale sheet and place orders when necessary
- Supporting other task as required
- Supporting by Line Manager for all admin tasks
- Rotational Shiftwork (8am - 5pm & 4pm - 8pm & 8am – 12pm &12pm – 8pm)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Colleges or University majoring in Business Administration or other related major.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist in foreign companies (New graduates are welcomed)
- Good command of English, especially in speaking and writing
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, coordination and problem solving skills…)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Enthusiastic, flexibility, service minded
- Refer candidate who is willing to start working immediately
