Operational Management
- Manage the daily operations of all recreation facilities and activities.
- Ensure all recreation areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement engaging recreational programs for guests of all ages.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and continuously improve recreation services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Guest Experience
- Create innovative activities and wellness programs that enhance guest engagement.
- Interact with guests to understand preferences and respond to feedback professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Promote recreation activities to increase participation and guest satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise recreation team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions to maintain service excellence and safety awareness.
- Evaluate staff performance and support professional development.
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment.
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Prepare departmental budgets and control operational expenses.
- Monitor revenue opportunities through recreation programs and activities.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
- Prepare reports on activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
Health & Safety
- Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and risk management procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain emergency response readiness and staff safety training.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Recreation, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recreation, leisure, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to organize events and recreational programs creatively.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills preferred.
