RecruitmentUpdate JDs for all positions of companyScreen candidates by reviewing their resumes and job applications, and perform phone screeningsRelease job postings on social media and career websitesMaintain database of candidate recordsHire various positions through different channels, including but not limited to workers, office staff, and managersFollow up on the interview process and update records in the internal databaseCooperate with headhunters to hire hard-to-fill positionsSending out Job Offer to successful candidatesProcessing onboard followed with On-Board ProcedureMaking monthly report about recruitment sent to HRM2. TrainingCo-operation with Department Heads to make a plan for Training Monthly/ YearlyDelivering training courses and make evaluation after trainingExecute orientation training for new hiresCoordinate training sessions for the company3. Internal EventsExecute tasks to develop the company’s imagesCoordinate events at partnership universities/ colleges (job fairs, seminars, etc.)4. OthersMake payments and other kinds of requests related to reruitment and trainingCarry out other tasks as assigned by HRM and BODs.
