We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented in-house Professional Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent across various departments to support our company's growth and organizational objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment channels.• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition for at least 3 years of working.• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS systems, job boards).• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
