Day-to-day Responsibilities, Tasks, and Duties- Strategy Development:o Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, target audience profiles, and communication goals.o Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.o Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with client objectives, ensuring integration across various channels and touchpoints.- Creative Conceptualization:o Generate innovative ideas and concepts that resonate with target audiences and align with client brand identities.o Translate strategic insights into compelling creative briefs for design, content, and multimedia teams.o Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the agency, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and brainstorming sessions.- Campaign Execution:o Oversee the end-to-end execution of communication campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce content, design assets, and promotional materials.o Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.- Client Management:o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on campaign progress.o Present strategic recommendations, creative concepts, and campaign results to clients, demonstrating value and ROI.o Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.- Industry Expertise:o Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication, advertising, and digital marketing.o Share insights and thought leadership internally and externally through presentations, articles, and participation in industry event.
