JOB TASKS PurposeResponsible for managing and growing existing businesses to achieve Trillora organizational objectives. Requires the ability to lead and collaborate with a team on customer accounts with a high degree of complexity. Success or failure in the role will impact company profitability. The position’s main tasks and areas of responsibilityCustomer Retention • Work with the Global Account Manager/Global Account team to develop, prepare and execute strategic account plans. • Schedule and report on key performance indicators in combination with regional and Global quarterly business reviews with key customer contacts • Own and build long-term relationships with customers. (ie. Brands’ local office and OEMs) Perform leading role in communications and coordination with customers in finalizing business terms, resolving disputes and handling documentation (such as local contract and agreement) related issues. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a coordinated process from order to delivery. Customer Growth • Promote and position Trillora’s value proposition for with existing customers to increase customer share of wallet and profitability as part of the Global Account team. • Analyze customer requirements and understand their supply chain challenges to develop solutions matched to customer needs in order to expand services and products in region. • Facilitate and develop improvement projects within the region to ensure optimal customer delivery as part of the Global account team and assist in implementing projects effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Support • Understand the supply / demand balance, market pricing, competitive activity, cost to serve and expand all sales channels. • Support International Sales Manager for new business development / opportunity assigned by management. Other Account Management Tasks • Assist the finance department for collections in exception cases. Work to ensure prompt payment or collections when needed.• Assist in the development of sales forecasts and other reports as necessary for the management team. • Assist the packaging development team to interface with customers where appropriate. Double check with customer on graphics, structure, dimension, and function. • Ensure compliance with all management reporting requirements and monitor work according to company policies. • Maintain and update knowledge on relevant new technology and participate in various professional meetings. • Customer visits and internal business meeting travel as required, including field tours and audits

COMPETENCE Education/level of education• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years equivalent work experience Experience (professional experience/industry experience)• Minimum 2 years of solution-based sales/account management experience • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: 1) Printing processes and/or converting plant operations 2) Packaging line operations and cost drivers 3) Global supply chains including inventory management, fulfillment, and distribution • Good understanding of markets and customers of packaging solutions and intermediate understanding of packaging products and sourcing/trading processesSkills (languages, computer, etc.)• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Vietnamese languages. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills PERSONAL QUALITIES Important personal qualities• Proven ability to understand solutions selling. (packaging related fields preferred) • Innate desire to sell value-added service. • Natural affinity for and curiosity about retail and transport packaging design • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. • Proven negotiation and assertive communication skills • The ability to remain calm and professional during times of stress. • Proven resilience (i.e., ability to be told “no” multiple times and to recover quickly) • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines. • Intermediate math skills (algebra/medium level statistics) • Professional experience with CRM • Proven ethical business practices
