Account Management & Development:• Manage and grow the Nike Enterprise account portfolio within the region, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.• Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at Nike to foster trust and business growth.• Develop comprehensive account plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure successful execution.• Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.• Actively engage with Nike clients, representing OIA Global in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.• Serve as a liaison between Nike clients, SCM, and forwarding teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.Strategic Business Development:• Identify new business opportunities within Nike’s supply chain, driving revenue and profitability growth.• Balance efforts between hunting for new business (50%) and farming existing accounts (50%).• Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet Nike’s needs.• Analyze market trends and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.Customer Insights & Industry Leadership:• Serve as a thought leader within the Nike Enterprise Team, providing industry insights and best practices.• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Represent OIA Global at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase expertise.Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Work closely with internal teams including commercial, operations, product development, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to support account objectives.• Bridge the gap between SCM and forwarding functions to deliver integrated solutions for Nike.Sales Leadership & Engagement:• Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.• Drive the adoption of OIA Global’s full suite of products and services within the Nike account.• Provide regular updates on account status, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.Sales Leadership & Engagement:• Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.• Drive the adoption of OIA Global’s full suite of products and services within the Nike account.• Provide regular updates on account status, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry, with global account management and regional oversight responsibilities.• Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving business growth.• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Comfortable engaging with customers and representing the company in client-facing roles.• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Physical Requirements:• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, particularly luggage while traveling.• A minimum of 50% travel within the regionally and internationally is required.• The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
