Manage and Implement Marketing Activities- Manage marketing plans for company projects and products to ensure that marketing programs optimize sales effectiveness.- Lead and oversee the creative development of marketing ideas and tools.- Manage and control the marketing budget to optimize costs while achieving high brand value for products and the group.3. Budget and Performance Management- Budget Planning and Management: Prepare and manage the project marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency.- Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activities.4. Collaborate with Stakeholders- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.- Participate in cross-departmental meetings and contribute to overall business strategy.- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives and project goals.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 10 years of experience in project marketing, with at least 3 years in a similar position.- Preferably with experience in the real estate industry.- Proficient in English.Knowledge, Professional Skills, and Competencies:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills.- Ability to understand and apply advanced technologies in marketing activities.- Strong relationship-building skills with media, sales systems, and partners.- Strong management, supervision, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively under high pressure in a dynamic, fast-growing, and challenging environment.- Creative ability to develop and execute marketing, branding, and communication strategies that go beyond conventional ideas.- Market insight, analytical skills, and sensitivity to customer and sales force needs.- Ability to quickly sense changes in context and adapt to emerging marketing trends and tools.
