1. Conduct research and surveys in the designated area/market to gather information, including legal barriers, competitors, opportunities, and market trends/ 在指定区域/市场进行研究和调查收集信息,包括法律障碍、竞争对手、机会和市场趋势;
2. Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies, plans, and operating costs for the designated territory/market to expand the sales network, drive growth in line with set objectives. Collaborate with the global sales team of TH Corporation to adjust strategies and ensure consistency/ 制定、实施和监控销售策略、计划和运营成本在指定地区/市场制定、实施和监控销售策略、计划和运营成本,以扩大销售网络,按照既定目标推动增长。与向TH全球销售团队合作调整策略并确保一致性;
3. Adjust the sales plan & finance expense to match the actual situation of the company's operations and the market by month/quarter/year/ 根据公司运营实际情况调整销售计划和财务费用以及按月/季度/年划分的市场;
4. Enhancing the business network and revenue in the designated area by developing a distribution network, which includes direct sales channels (General Trade, Key Accounts, Modern Trade), as well as online platforms for TH Group's product/ 通过发展分销网络,包括直销渠道(批发、商超,超市、特殊渠道)以及 TH 集团产品的在线平台,增强指定区域的业务网络和销售额。;
5. Generate precise sales forecasts and reports for the assigned region/market.Continuously monitor sales performance metrics and regularly update the management team/ 为指定区域/市场生成精确的销售预测和报告。持续监控销售绩效指标并定期更新管理团队。;
6. Team Leadership including: recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team in region/Country assigned. Meanwhile, set clear sales objectives, provide guidance, and monitor performance./ 团队领导力包括:在指定的地区/国家招募、培训和领导一支高绩效的销售团队。同时,设定明确的销售目标,提供指导并监控绩效。;
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region/country assigned. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction./ 与指定地区/国家的主要客户和合作伙伴建立并维持牢固的关系。及时解决客户问题并确保高水平的客户满意度。;
8. Evaluated the current operation and develop a suitable process to follow/ 评估当前的运营并制定合适的流程来遵循;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in economic, export, international business management/ 学士或以上学历 经济、出口、国际业务管理;
- Minimum 6-7 years of recruiting positions in companies / corporations with a staff size of 500 people and proven experience as a Sales Director, ideally within the FMCG industry/ 在员工规模为 500 人的公司/企业中拥有至少 6-7 年的招聘职位经验,最好具有作为销售总监的丰富经验属于快消品行业。;
- English listening, speaking, reading and writing IELTS 7+. Knowing more foreign languages besides English, Vietnamese is an advantage/ IELTS 7分以上。除了英语之外,懂更多外语,越南语是优势;
- Good negotiation skills which strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets / 良好的谈判技巧,有良好的实现和超越销售目标的记录 ;
- Skilled in implementing and participating in small-medium-large projects/ 善于实施和参与中小型项目;
- Working experience in Guangzhou/Nanning or neighboring cities/广州/南宁或周边城市工作经验.
