Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for achieving personal sales targets and quarterly KPIs, growing market share and penetration.- Manage and visit existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction- Establish new accounts by identifying and visiting potential accounts- Drive and update sales pipelines in CRM actively- Update CRM regularly (daily) according to policy- Provide and present Foss products and applications to customers- Provide on-site seminars to customers- Comply with corporate guidelines- Regularly interact with other departments to ensure a smooth business process

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualification & Experience:- Bachelors in engineering (Preferred candidates in Agriculture, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology background)- Fair in English, written and spoken- At least 2 years practical work experience (with proof of achievements)- At least 1 years in sales (preferably of laboratory equipment, analytical/scientific instrument)- Understanding of local market and key segments (Food & Beverage, Laboratories, etc.)Skills and Personality:- Convincing presenter and professional communicator- Action-oriented and self-motivated, outspoken with excellent listening abilities- Dynamic and adaptive, looking to develop her/himself continuously- Willing to travelWorking locations: Hanoi (Homebased)
