Identification:• Job title: Sales Efficiency Supervisor• Job title of superior post: Head of Operations EfficiencyPurpose of Job:The Sales Efficiency Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and enhancing sales performance efficiency across GEOs by tracking KPIs such as AR, AOV, and productivity, identifying gaps, and proposing corrective actions.Dimensions / Key Figures:• Sales KPIs coverage: AR, AOV, productivity rate• Monitoring scope: All GEOs assigned• Weekly & monthly reportingPrincipal Accountabilities / Main Functions:• Supervise sales efficiency monitoring (Fresh, Resell).• Ensure accuracy of KPI tracking and reporting.• Detect and escalate performance gaps to GEOs/Regional when required.• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for sales issues.• Provide recommendations for corrective actions to enhance performance.• Support pilot projects and campaign monitoring.• Ensure SOP compliance in sales execution.

Skills and Knowledge:• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.• Relevant experience: 3+ years in telesales/sales operations with a supervisory role.• Language requirement: English proficiency is essential.• Personal characteristics & behavior: Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, proactive communicator, ability to work cross-functionally, and perform under pressure.
