Regulatory & Legal Internship

Line Manager:

• Line 1 : Senior Legal & Regulatory Officer
• Line 2 : Operationnal Manager
• Line 3 : Country Manager

Main duty:

• Support in regulatory affairs.
• Support in reviewing and managing contracts.
• Assist direct manager in daily work.

Detailed tasks:

Regulatory

• Manage product information file (PIF)
• Filling and managing sub-labels for products.
• Register advertising materials to health department.
• Support listing products to hospitals in preparing dossier.
• Follow the regulatory matters and advise managers about the required modifications, if any.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.

Legal

• Manage, arrange, keep storage contracts according to manager’s requirement.
• Revise, advise, and draft contracts, legal documents to support managers and other company departments according to manager’s assignment.
• Do legal research, provide administrative and legal support to managers.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.

Reporting

• Provide to direct manager the report of matters and tasks.
