Your role will be to develop simple, modular games that use placeholder assets and allow for rapid customization by our clients. The systems you build will need to scale quickly and enable easy asset swapping, helping game marketers test and iterate on ad concepts with minimal friction.As a Unity Developer, you will have the flexibility to scale your involvement based on project demand and workload, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term projects. You’ll collaborate with our creative and tech teams to build reusable, efficient systems that drive user engagement in the fast-paced world of game marketing.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop modular game prototypes in Unity, with placeholder assets that can be easily replaced by client-provided content. Build systems that support scalable, rapid customization and asset integration for game ads. Optimize games for performance across different mobile platforms, ensuring ads run smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to iterate on gameplay and visual elements to align with client needs and campaign performance. Develop reusable code libraries and templates that can be rapidly adapted for new ads and game concepts. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to game performance, asset integration, and scalability.
