Overview
• Oversee all reservation activities ensuring an efficient and organized system of booking rooms to attain maximum occupancy
• Ensures efficient and personalized quality of service rendered by the Reservations Section
• Oversee all reservation activities such as ensuring an efficient and organized system of booking Pavilions and Residence to attain maximum occupancy and personalized quality of service rendered by the Reservations Section
• Take charge in the implementation of management operations, procedures, and identification of new and best revenue opportunities to maximize resort’s and Residence’s revenue
Primary Responsibility
• Oversee the reservation department in systematic, orderly and efficient manner
• Ensure all policies and procedures of taking and accepting reservations are followed
• Manages the reservations team members in making sure that they respond promptly to anyone requesting for a room reservations and inquiries
• Accept all reservations forwarded by the international network or forward requests to other Aman as required by guests
• Liaise closely with the Executive Housekeeper, FOM and Assistant Residence Manager for reservations status, guest arrivals, pre-arranged and special requests highlighting VIPs
• Coordinate with the Sales Office in HCMC, ensuring an efficient update on local or Travel Agents booking
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department in the billing/payment arrangement with the guest
• Prepare occupancy forecast on a weekly and monthly basis, and advises Management on such
• Maintain familiarity of all other Aman properties as may be useful in selling, promoting and advising such to potential guests
• Take charge in the implementation of management operations, procedures, and identification of new and best revenue opportunities to maximize resort’s room revenue
• Be knowledgeable of the current booking pace, performance statistics, price review, and manipulating room availability and rates
• Identify training needs of reservations team and provide training to all new employees at the reservation
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven experience as Reservation Manager role or similar
- Flexible in work schedules
- Positive, engaging and energetic personality
- Able to be organized, manage time wisely
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in Vietnamese and English)
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment with confidence
- Computer literacy, expert in Opera system
- Good selling skill
