- Check all confirmation from suppliers and reply customers, answer customer’s questions.
- Manage room holding and try to get room for customers.
- Negotiate with hotels about the relating matters may occur.
- Make payment for prepayment booking.
- Have responsibility to resolve problem when it occurred.
- Others assigned by the manager.

- Planning and Organizing skills, Managing and Filing documents
- Good knowledge in use of computer: Ms. Word, especiall in Excel (logical report composing)
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Degree: University/ College
- Enthusiastic and careful in work
- Self-motivated and challenge –oriented
- Teamwork skill
