- Respond to all reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
- Ensure the reservation department is constantly aware of availability states open, on request, closed dates, high demand dates, etc
- Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities and services
- Answer guest inquiries pertaining hotel facilities and services, and other related information
- Well use the property management systems (PMS)
- Assist and prepare in groups pre-arrival process and also preparing group rooming lists
- Conduct site-inspections as required
- Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
- Maintain current filing system and prepare reports if required
- Perform administrative jobs for the department if required
- Perform other duties as assigned by DOSM
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
- Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
- Good customer service skills
- Good command in both speaking and writing in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and property management systems
