- Handle all the Residence Club information, room status and make appropriate preparations before guest arrival.
- Acquaint with the rate structure, room categories, F&B outlets and all kind of facilities that provide in the hotel.
- Monitor the room status, supervise Club Lounge and public areas are clean, items are well placed.
- Greet the VIP guest upon their arrival, check-in and escort to room thus to co-ordinate the welcome amenity.
- Welcome the Club Floor guest, introduce the service and facilities.
- Assist the Manager to communicate and coordinate with every department, ensure the efficient and high quality productions.
- Deal with the complaints and emergencies of Residence Club.
- Assist the Manager to conducts performance appraisals of Club Lounge associates
- Provide the training to new associates, and give the helpful assistance timely.
- Keep all the items well, check the consumption records of drinks and other items, after inspection by the Assistant Front Office Manager, report to the Food and Beverage Department.
- Complete the section log book carefully, and hand over to next shift, especially for the important complaints and events.
- Performs check-ins and check-outs promptly and efficiently according to standards.
- To assist and handle Long Stay Guest account settlement and House Use account settlement.
- Communicates situations where guests are dissatisfied or experiencing a problem and offers the resolution to the Assistant Front Office Manager.
- Ensure Guest Service Associates - Residence Club follows up on Traces and ensure complete update and resolve follows up on high balance account daily and alert Manager if account exceeded house limit.
- Coordinates with Housekeeping on the set up of amenities in the rooms prior to guests’ arrival.
- Ensure associates provide a personal, memorable and efficient departure experience to guest reflecting the culture; offer the assistance of Service Express to assist with the luggage and offer departure transportation if required.
- Is totally familiar with the Front Desk (Reception/Cashiering) back-up procedures in the event that any Front Office equipment malfunctions.
- Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures.
- Note and obtain any guests’ preferences for update to guests’ profiles. Prints Back Up & Shift Reports”. Follows up on “Trace” report.
- Performs Food and Beverage service to guests in the Lounge promptly and efficiently according to standards.
- Creates an organised, cooperative, and well-run work environment by completing shift checklist and following through on responsibilities.
- Performs additional duties as necessary and assigned by Assistant Front Office Manager.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid leadership skills
- Excellent command of English reading and writing ability is required
- Certifications or diploma in hotel study is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in hotel concierge operations
