The Restaurant Manager at Esta Saigon is tasked with ensuring a superior dining experience for our guests by effectively managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. As an expert in both culinary and operational facets, your role extends to managing the P&L, overseeing the beverage program, upholding service quality, and leading our dedicated team. Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily operations to guarantee efficiency and seamless service.Service Quality Assurance: Enforce high service standards, developing and implementing SOPs to maintain excellence.Beverage and Service Oversight: Work closely (with the Consultant) to operationalize the beverage strategy.
