• Support colleagues to make sure they deliver a high-quality products and impeccable guests experience which is Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen’s promise.
• Create a great working environment for teams to thrive the team work and spirits
• Promote the team to maximise the performance through a daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Precommend or take an initiative for any HR related actions where needed.
• Cooperate, coordinate and communicates with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate.
• Create the positive publicity opportunities of the brand.
• Conduct trainings for the staff to maximise performance.
• Liaise with Sales Manager to obtain new Food and Beverage business opportunity.
• Get involved in Food and Beverage menu engineering with culinary team.
• Update daily E-log file and Glitch and follow up if needed.

Financial

• Help plan and implement department’s annual financial budget and a set of departmental goals.
• Monitor daily financial target and expenses to control. (ex. food, beverage, and labour costs).
• Actively pursue for cost saving measures.
• Ensure staff members are aware of outlets’ recycle process.
• Forecast business demand.
• Set up the par level to control the stocks.
