Descriptions:
- Assign staffs to shifts, and collaborate with other staffs to get ready service. Inspect the prep work before serving time.
- Control all restaurant personnel who provide customer care.
- Execute the work as a service staff member directly in certain circumstances.
- At the conclusion of the shift, review all the work and, if necessary, completely hand it on to the following shift or the restaurant manager.
- Coaching & Training staff the necessary customer service skills
- Oversee the equipment used in restaurants, such as the tables, chairs, glasses, cups, and other instruments; perform cashiering, money collection, and reporting as necessary.
- Maintain standards for service quality, food safety, and hygiene.
- carry out additional assignments from supervisors.

- Qualification:
- Possess a professional diploma in tourism, foreign languages, bartending, or a related industry.
- A minimum of one year in a similar role in the restaurant/hotel industry.
- English communication skills
- Posses managerial abilities
- Possess a forward-thinking attitude, be diligent, and be able to work in shifts.
