Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Standards: Supervise all aspects of service during shifts to ensure a smooth, efficient, and memorable dining experience. Proactively greet guests, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Team Supervision & Training: Directly supervise the service team, including assigning sections, coordinating breaks, and providing real-time coaching. Assist in training new staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and hotel standards.
Operational Excellence: Conduct pre-shift briefings and oversee opening/closing duties. Monitor table turnover, seating arrangements, and the flow of service from kitchen to guest. Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness, setup, and ambiance meet brand specifications at all times.
Financial & Administrative Duties: Oversee cashiering functions, guest billing accuracy, and daily sales reporting. Assist in controlling operational costs by minimizing waste and managing breakage. Complete necessary shift logs and reports.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role within a hotel or upscale restaurant.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette.
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
