2 Opening for Retail Sales Executive Location: Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City- Deliver and achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly set targets.- Maintain relationship and develop the CURRENT Retail Distributor & Dealers networks by product penetration and increase shop share.- Acquire and develop NEW Retail Distributors and Dealers within the assigned territoties.- Implement the product & trade marketing activities at newly acquired and/or existing dealers eg product sample boards, product displays, Yale product corners, signboards, promotions,…- Support the Distributor for sell-out activites, increase the ratio of shop-share.- Build a strong relationship with related parties. Deeply understand the customers’ demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly.- Study competition of each specific customer and prepare win-win quotes of our customized solutions in the compliance with the consutation/direction of the supervisors/company.- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. - Coordinate with Marketing Department to delivering an events program, to ensure that brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met. - Constantly and regularly monitor, follow up and report on progress of the customers‘requirements to all stakeholders.- Be the representative for AAVN for customer contacts or/and related events.
