Retail Sales Supervisor

We are looking for candidate who have passion in sales, especially in retail of products related to F&B, Hotel, Restaurant, etc. This one should has English efficiency and experience in retail as Supervisor. Job Description:• Managing the retail stores, control stock and maximize sales revenue. • Ensuring customer satisfaction, systems and processes are operating effectively.• Develop business plans to build the business by identifying and understanding local markets;• Analyzing sales and inventory figures and taking action to expand areas of growth;• Meeting performance targets for (1) sales budget, (2) building a strong team• Create professional quotations to send to customers on time. • Work with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.• Training and motivating staff and dealing with disciplinary matters;• Carrying out floor inspections and prioritizing and delegating tasks;• Coordinate with Marketing Team to plan and run effective marketing campaigns to achieve sales budget. (both online and offline)• Collect customer database & membership information.• To do any other tasks assigned by Management.
