Job Summary- Push and achieve sales target from in-charge Laneige offline counters over the country.- Handle important administrative tasks, such as order processing, and act as a coach to deliver good coaching skills to BA to ensure good performance of BA.- Contributes to quality customer service and helps the sales team meet its targets.- Monitor and develop the CRM program and monthly promotion.- Good management stock, promotion.Principal Accountabilities1. P&L Management- Support Brand Manager to plan to grow sales in the retail stores- Support Brand Manager to develop an annual budget that keeps track of all expected expenses and sales2. Sales management and sales service- Monitor and achieve sales target.- Ensure that all customers are served properly.- Cooperate with Brand Manager to develop sales strategy based on market trends, sales goals and inventory control.- Implement this strategy with a quality-oriented sales policy and customer service.- Ensure that all sales team fully understand the sales strategy and apply it.- Ensure good after-sale services.- Support the Brand Manager in preparing a sales budget every quarter.3. Operation- Check the staff's cleaning, general display and uniform- Inventory and control inbound and outbound of goods.- Control stock and order- Check out the promotions at the time of application and persistently disseminate to employees- Ensure Incentive and others benefits of BAs are paid on time by preparing and extract data from POS to send to HR dept on time4. Purchase- Execute a suitable purchasing strategy, based on the specifics of the store (demand, inventory, and sales goals).5. Inventory- Proactive inventory management to increase sales.- Always fully aware of the inventory of all product lines and report promptly to the Brand Manager, predict product accumulation and shortages, and maintain as reasonable as possible- Optimize in-store sales by ensuring inventory is available, and regularly managing BA to rearrange goods in the store.6. Knowledge of goods and products- Train the sales team to develop the right sales skills.- Maintain an image of the store and the environment with the company that sets its standards of day-to-day operations.- Ensure product knowledge and theme of season & year and be responsible for training staff to understand product knowledge.- Work closely with Trainer and develop a training plan and make recommendations to the Manager.7. Customer service- Ensure that each member of the Sales Team provides excellent service to each customer entering the store, consistent with the Brand's customer service standards.- Sales growth through suitable services and loyalty program for all customers.- Develop monthly promotion and membership program to captivate the customers- Always be present and resolve internal problems at the store in case of a conflict.8. Team Management- Responsible for allocating business goals, and scheduling work schedules for employees.- Promote the sales team to serve all customers according to specified standards.- Supervise and maintain high-quality staff.- Track each employee's performance.- Ensure that the team is properly trained on a regular basis to develop customer service, product knowledge and sales skills- Monitor and ensure the allocation of employee leave schedule according to the regulations of the Company.- Create teamwork, discipline, mutual respect, dedication, and loyalty to the Company.- Ensure all team members receive the right support to reach their best potential.9. Sales Management- Ensure that processes and systems are clearly understood, run smoothly, and comply with the ever-changing needs of sales operations.- Support the Brand manager according to the Company's process of handling sales reports.10. Communication- Deploy all communication activities as instructed by the Marketing department in relation to the store as required.- Propose to Marketing all communication activities that can help achieve the store's sales goals.- Ensure that each member of the sales team acts as the brand ambassador for all store visitors11. Asset Management- Monitoring the VMD management and maintenance of the store's assets. Ensure brand image is always in guideline by checking all counters document, tools and equipment are always available such as leaflets, beauty tools, consultation cards…or receiving maintenance requests from counters and order to VMD - Work with VMD and responsible for timely reporting to the Brand manager to fix problems that do not affect sales activities.12. Team Training- Responsible for guiding and training new employees in accordance with the Company's regulations and procedures.- Work with trainer for training employees in sales skills, customer communication and other skills.

Qualification and Experience- Education: Bachelor Degree in relating fields.- Experience: From more 3 years working in the same position in Cosmetics or Retails industrySkill Sets- Management, operations, coaching, training , push sales, analysis and leadership skills- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point)Personal Attributes- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
