- The Revenue Analyst plays a role in supporting the hotel's overall revenue strategy by providing thoughtful analysis, accurate forecasting, and data-driven insights that help position the hotel for continued growth and market leadership.
- This position reports directly to the Director of Revenue and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and execute strategies designed to maximize total hotel revenue and outperform the competitive set. This position will be key to maximizing revenue per available room (RPI) through in-depth data analysis, designing dynamic pricing strategies, and monitoring the commercial performance of hotel.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, and a strategic mindset focused on sustainable revenue growth.
- Experience and skills desired Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rate, pickup, and pace.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, and market segmentation.
- Conduct competitive analysis (competitive set) and market research.
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities through direct channels and OTAs.
- Design automated revenue dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales teams to align business objectives.
- Support the definition of budgets and revenue projections per property.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or business intelligence (ideally in the hotel or short-term rental industry).
- Advanced Excel skills and experieance with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of PMS, Channel Managers, and booking engines.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly
