1. RESPONSIBILITY • Monitor Revenue Streams: Oversee all revenue channels, including sales and partnerships, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. • Action Plan Tracking: Monitor the sales team's action plans to ensure they meet their targets. Regularly review these plans allows for timely adjustments and keeps the team aligned with their objectives. • Data Analysis: Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the sales & marketing team to ensure alignment and support for revenue objectives. • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations. • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate forecasting and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with sales policies & process • Reporting: Present revenue reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.• Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficient in all four English skills• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.• Strong organizational and project management abilities.• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
