You will guide project teams, shape solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Working alongside specialists from Technology Consulting, Cyber Consulting, … as well as EY offices across the Asia‑Pacific region, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to help clients strengthen their governance and navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape.In this role, you will also drive the integration of cutting‑edge technologies—including data analytics, automation, IoT and other emerging tools—into our client solutions. In your role, you’ll:- Lead projects risk consulting services, formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions for clients.- Be responsible for the final deliverables for clients- Maintain client relationships and pursue potential opportunities- Manage a working team and will report directly to senior managers and above.- Conduct internal training sessions to improve capabilities for team members- Conduct counselling session on professional development to assigned team members- Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence.- Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn- Work constructively with teamSkills and attributes for success- Self-motivated, positive attitude- Good leadership skills.- Good team management skills- Good project management skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure and tight deadlines.- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills- Good communication, writing and presentation skills- Excellent written and spoken English.- Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);- Willing to travel to deliver projects.
