In your role, you’ll:- Lead projects risk consulting services, formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions for clients.- Be responsible for the final deliverables for clients- Maintain client relationships and pursue potential opportunities- Manage a working team and will report directly to senior managers and above.- Conduct internal training sessions to improve capabilities for team members- Conduct counselling session on professional development to assigned team members- Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence.- Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn- Work constructively with teamSkills and attributes for success- Self-motivated, positive attitude- Good leadership skills.- Good team management skills- Good project management skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure and tight deadlines.- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills- Good communication, writing and presentation skills- Excellent written and spoken English.- Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);- Willing to travel to deliver projects.
