Duties & Responsibilities:• Having knowledge of standard equipment types, applications and structures: - - Pump, turbine, compressor, blower;• Having basic necessary knowledge for overhauling rotating equipment: -- Oil seal, O ring, tie-in, types of mechanical elements and structure Shaft seal types including mechanical seal and gland - Types and structures of speed changer and speed reducer including gear, omega clutch and cyclo.- Lubrication- Bearings• Understanding of principle of measuring instruments and ability of measuring: Calipers, dial gauge, micro-meter, cylinder gauge, etc.• Principle of alignment and centering of rotating equipment• Knowing of representative damages of rotating equipment and ability of instructing or guiding of adjusting work Deflection, clearance, belt, bearing, O- ring, coupling, etc.• Ability of instructing or guiding overhauling work of standard rotating machine/equipment.• Ability of instructing or guiding overhaul inspection work of standard parts of mechanical seal, gland packing, bearing, belt or speed changer and speed reducer.

Qualification & Requirements:• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Petroleum / Oil / Gas) or equivalent• Minimum 5 years experiences related maintenance work in Oil & Gas or petroleum or petrochemical plant• Strong communication and presentation skill• Good command of English• Have knowledge in international standards, petroleum/petrochemical plant materials and equipment• Competency in Microsoft applications• Flexibility and willingness to travel overseas
