- Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting, complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Deliver all guest requests.
- Attention to details in serving guests
- Ensures that all working equipment function properly, following instructions and report to Team Leaders of any equipment malfunctions and related incidents, including guest garments.
- Ensures surrounding areas are kept clean at all times.
- Hands over items found immediately to Team Leaders.
- Assist to collects soiled linen from all floor pantries, properly load to Linen Chute for sorting.
- Assist to collect Guest laundry from floor pantries as set scheduled and upon request.
- Deliver fresh linen and stack properly on shelves in floor pantries.
- Respond to all guest requests promptly and efficient.
- Deliver Extra Bed, BabyCot/crib.
- Maintain storage and distribution area in clean and organized condition.
- Report any shortage or discrepancies of items with tracking.
- Report any safety and security issues.
- Complete assigned work properly in a timely manner.
- Keys are signed out & kept securely.
- Collect rubbish and dispose correctly.
- Control all items send out for loan.
- Supports the implementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics.
- Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
- Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Hyatt International.
- Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Responds to changes as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
- Ensure inventory on time and correct figure.
- Perform cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products and equipment as assigned following health standards.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotels/resorts is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
