Reporting to: Japanese ManagerJob Objective:Responsible for managing and overseeing all activities related to Safety and Environment within the company, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese Law, international standards, and internal requirements of SEI Group.Key Responsibilities:1. SHE Policy Implementation:o Develop and implement comprehensive Safety and Environment policies and procedures.o Ensure all Safety and Environment activities are aligned with Group's standards and Vietnamese Law2. Risk Management:o Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.o Develop risk mitigation strategies and oversee their implementation across all operations.3. Incident Management:o Lead investigations into any workplace incidents or environmental breaches.o Prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.4. Regulatory Compliance:o Ensure the company’s full compliance with local and international SHE regulations.o Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies and oversee all SHE audits.5. Training and Development:o Design and deliver SHE training programs to employees at all levels.o Promote awareness and understanding of safety and environmental issues.6. Continuous Improvement:o Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety, health, and environmental management.o Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.7. Stakeholder Engagement:o Collaborate with other departments to integrate SHE considerations into all business processes.o Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including regulatory authorities, industry associations, and community groups.
