- Follow procedures for input/output of goods. - Work with sales staff to plan deliveries to customers, to ensure the correct amount, price and category of goods.- Issue DS, DO, invoices and other documents to serve in/output of goods - Work with customers to confirm orders with customers on price, type, quantity of goods. - Keep track of promotion's programs and pay for promotion to customers. - Understand about sales policies and make announcements these policies to customers. - Monitor customer debt, in coordination with Area Manager & sales staff to recover the debts in due. - Work with the Area Manger & sales staff to obtain sales targets in month, quarter. - Prepare reports on sales in area in charge, reports of business results of sales staff, count bonus for the sales staff. - Other requirements.

Background- University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant area - Ability to use SAP system or other systems- At least 2 years working experience in the field of Customer Service - Reading and writing English is required- Diligent, honest - Ability to work independently and teamwork - Experience in office management tasksWork Location: Ba Ria – Vung Tau
