To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are looking for a highly motivated Sale Coordinator to assist and provide the best support to our Account Manager in Australia.- Position : Sale Coordinator - Level : Senior- Division : VN Sales Support- Working place : Unit D3-1, 3rd floor, Standard Factory D, Lot Va.04b located on Road 24 & 17, Industrial Park within Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city- Working time : 6:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday1. Role description:This role is to provide services to Account Managers and external clients in Australia. Your key responsibility is to ensure our internal and external clients received exception level of services.You will take ownership of your projects, and act as a specialist to your clients, an intermediary between internal and external stakeholders to provide clients with the best services.Includes duties such as project tracking, sale support, production and administrative tasks for our merchandise requests:- Provide day to day support to Account Manager from pre-sale, order processing to after-sale service to client.- Manage and maintain an accurate, timely and updated WIPs, product portfolio, sale program, inventory, quote system.- Monitor order processing after order is confirmed.- Coordinate production plan & dispatching plan to meet client’s timeline.- Day to day work with internal teams including Studio, IT, Ecommerce, Finance and Warehouse to meet timing plans of the order, sale program.- Inventory management.- Data management:o Liaise with Clients to receive full information of their customers and input the data into system in accurate & timely manner.o Closely collaborate with Warehouse team to process customer orders and ensure the delivery timelines are met.- Provide day to day support functions for assigned Team Leader/ Manager.

2. Skill and Experience:- Fluent English and good communication is a must, you will be working directly with colleagues in Australia office daily.- At least 5 year experience in customer service, merchandise, sale coordination, or similar role - Good at Microsoft office such as Word, Power Point, Outlook, Intermediate level Excel.- Time management, organisational, multi-tasking skills & basic skills of office software usage.- Have general knowledge in business administration, marketing, international trading or economics. - Have knowledge of merchandise or working on project from start to finish; or have experience in coordinating with designers on artworks is a plus.- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.3.
