- Closely work with Sales Manager to establish monthly, quarterly and annual sales target and
bring new customers to enlarge the company’s sales revenue.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the
industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends,
market activities, and competitors.
- Making plan to acquire new businesses and new customer (domestic & oversea partner).
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Make plan to approach customers weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly.
- Do Training for new staffs
- Back up for other staffs when they are on annual leaves

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from Economics College/ University
- Being flexible and commercially aware
- Responsible mind oriented; Willing to learn
- Understanding English; speak Chinese (mandarin) more advantage
- An independent, analytical and organized person
- Experience in freight forwarding
- Well understanding of sea freight, airfreight, logistics, customs
- 3-5 year experiences in Logistics / Freight forwarding
- Import / Export procedures - logistics solution know-how.
- Well-cooperating with other department
- Timely support other colleagues
