• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Involving Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Operating, supervising and challenge in the implementation of goals (KPI) and plans according as per BOD assigned functions.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• The ongoing individual training of your salespeople.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions with the action plan activitys.
• Report sales activity by Weekly/Monthly and summary sales record to Director.
• Make a plan to Visit Current and New customers to get business with sales team.
• Supporting information, technical, join trial for new products with Sales man.
• Doing market and customer survey for new projects of current and new customers.
• Check customer’s production situation to keep current business.
• Join with derictor in internal/external affairs, schedule and attend meetings accordingly.
• Performing all duties of the Director in cases of absence or emergency.
• Performs other duties as assigned time to time by superior.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Working Experience: At least 5-year plus working experience in Sales position and Manager Level. Working in plastic manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Qualification : Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
• Language: Good Vietnamese and English communication for both written and speaking and Chinese is an advantage.
• Working Location: Tan Phu district (HCM City)

• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Ability to lead a sale team.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel applications and Presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organization skills, the ability to work independently without a lot of supervision.
• Excellent to make business plan, forecast risk and back up plan.
